Terms of service
Delivery Time
• Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Delivery to other governorates takes 3 to 6 business days (excluding public holidays).
Upon Receiving the Order
• Please check the package condition when receiving it from the courier.
• The courier is only responsible for delivering the order,
• If there is any issue with the product (wrong size, wrong color, manufacturing defect), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via messages or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
• The full order amount must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been prepared, the store has the right to deduct the shipping and preparation costs from future orders.
Exchange & Return
• Exchange or return is available within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• If the mistake is from the store, the exchange will be fully covered by us.
• Otherwise, the customer bears the round-trip shipping cost.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
• Underwear: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Evening dresses: Not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a clear manufacturing defect confirmed upon receipt.
• Accessories: Such as hair clips, headbands, socks, small bags… not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
• Swimwear & swim-related items: Such as swimsuits, swim caps, goggles, towels… are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after receipt
