Return & Refund Policy 

Return & Exchange Period
• Exchange or return is available within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags and labels attached

Store Responsibility
• If the issue is caused by the store (wrong item, wrong size/color, or manufacturing defect), the exchange will be processed at our expense.

Customer Responsibility
• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.

Reporting Issues
• Any issue such as incorrect size, color, or manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order via Facebook messages or WhatsApp.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Underwear
• Evening dresses (unless a clear manufacturing defect is confirmed immediately upon delivery)
• Accessories (hair clips, headbands, socks, small bags, etc.)
• Swimwear & swimming accessories (swimsuits, swim caps, goggles, towels, etc.)
