Delivery Time
• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.
• Other governorates: 3–6 business days (excluding official holidays).
Order Inspection
• Please check the external condition of the package upon delivery.
• The courier’s responsibility is delivery only, not product inspection.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• The full amount must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
• If the customer refuses the order after preparation, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping and preparation costs from future orders.
